No Guarantee of Functionality
While we strive to ensure our products work as intended, we do not guarantee that any product will function without interruption, errors, or bugs. The use of our products may result in malfunctions, crashes, or other disruptions in your gaming experience, and we are not liable for any resulting issues.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our products or services at our discretion, especially if we believe you have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions. Termination will not entitle you to any refunds. Our products are provided for use in modifying or enhancing your experience in video games. Prohibition of Chargeback
We strongly advise against initiating chargebacks without first reaching out to our customer support team. Chargebacks can be disruptive and costly for both parties. If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to terminate your access to any and all products or services provided by Wapus.
Consequences of Chargebacks In the event that you initiate a chargeback, the following consequences will apply:
Immediate Termination of Services: Your access to our products, services, or accounts will be immediately suspended or terminated upon the initiation of a chargeback.
Permanent Ban from the Service: If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to permanently ban you from accessing our services in the future.
Debt Recovery: We may pursue legal action or use a third-party debt recovery service to collect any outstanding amounts owed due to the chargeback, including any associated fees or damages. You will be responsible for any additional costs incurred in recovering the chargeback amount.
Blacklisting: Your account may be blacklisted from using our services in the future, and we may share your information with other service providers who may take similar action to prevent future chargebacks.
Loss of Digital Goods or Services: In the case of a digital product or service, you will lose access to any goods or services delivered prior to the chargeback. These are non-refundable once a chargeback is processed.
Refund Policy
You are unable to request a refund if the product that you are using is working. If the product is temporarily down, you will be compensated with the downtime.
If you have purchased a product, and the product is not working as it should be, you are entitled to up to 50% off your next purchase. [Accounts]
